I come from an extremely sporty background competing nationally in Athletics at Decathlon specialising in 110m Hurdles, unfortunately due to an injury before I really got to compete at a high level I had to give up my aspiration to become a world class athlete, so I turned to the next best thing, training and helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals weather it was to run a marathon or just to lose a few lbs in weight.

I believe variation is key to an enjoyable and effective exercise programme. With a Sport and Fitness back ground of over 21 Years, 14 Years experience in Personal Training, with my knowledge and motivation, combined with your determination, you WILL achieve your fitness goals!

Personal Trainer & Class Instructor

I have always been sporty and swam competitively at county level throughout my teens until I went to university. After dipping in and out of lone gym attendance for a few years I realised that I missed the comradery of group fitness and joined one of Simon's boot camps. I loved the variety of the sessions and achieved fast results thanks to the team spirit which kept me dedicated. Following pregnancy in 2013 I gained 4 stone and restarted training with Simon as soon as I could. At this point my enthusiasm for fitness really took off and I lost my pregnancy weight then some. I began weight training and enjoyed seeing my body change as well as gaining strength and confidence. Fitness became my passion and I decided to qualify as a personal trainer in 2016. I've varied in weight and fitness levels over the years in addition to having a baby. I understand the struggles of fitting training around family commitments so sympathise with a lot of peoples barriers to fitness. I pride myself on my own personal results and enjoy encouraging others to do the same. I've worked with people of all fitness levels and am experienced in group training without compromising on the personal element.

Alexandra Davis

YOGA, PILATES & DANCE INSTRUCTOR

I come from a dance background am a highly qualified Pilates and fitness instructor with experience in several disciplines in the fitness industry.

I firmly believe that if you find something fun, that you enjoy, you will keep it up, otherwise keeping fit, instead of being fun becomes a chore.

My dance aerobic and step classes are choreographed in such a way that before you know it, you will be adding twists, turns and armography without even realising it.

Conditioning classes are also delivered in a fun way that you don’t realise you have been working out until the day after or even the day after that!

Results can be achieved with or without the use of small or even large equipment and I offer a wide variety of exercises that include the following : step; barre (or chair!); large gym ball; small soft ball; foam roller; magic circle and hula hoop as well as reformer; aerial hammock and pole.
